We are back blogging!

We have been busy with so many issues that we haven't been keeping up

with our blog.  For the last few weeks one of this dynamic duo has had a very serious illness in the family and priorities have shifted to nursing care instead of paper creations.  So needless to say we are still working on getting our etsy store up and running.   Sorry for the delays.  Keep following us.  We are back blogging and designing with many treasures are to follow.

HALLOWEEN DECORATIONS

Do you need a little decoration for Halloween or to send to someone as a gift ? Well here are some decorative Halloween  wooden blocks to display. They are made out of wood, decorative paper, paint, and cutouts. Birds are flying in the desert!  A bird in a nest with a birdhouse nearby and other birds flying overhead on a mobile.   Coordinating papers so easy to change to match a kids dream of the moment.  I have one of these mobile in my workspace spinning under a ceiling fan.  It makes me smile everytime I see it.

Greeting Cards that just make you want to say "WOW"

 These greeting cards are certainly not like anything you can buy at a cardstore.  Three dimensional, bright colors and just absolutely gorgeous.   My partner is a genius when it comes to creating these wonderful designs.  She can take a few plain pieces of colored cardstock, wave her magic wand and create these masterpieces.  I am always in awe of her talents and thankful that she agreed to join me in this wonderful adventure.

Steamboat

What a great creation to make from post cards, giftwrap, old labels or just interesting scrapbook sheets.  This ship is about 30" long and 18" high, so it would look great on top of a bookcase surrounded by lots of kids toy ships. All the bunting shows lot of maps, travel brochures, passports, and hotels.  Just looking at it makes me want to take an ocean cruise.

Great Decor for a kid's bedroom

These three designs were designed for a kids bedroom.  The wreath, topiary and monkey mobile were so much fun to make and the primary colors just "pop".  Lots of small paper cutting resulting in nicked fingers, crossed eyes and a few mistakes but we got it right.  They are adorable.  We have hung the monkey mobile under a ceiling fan and just watch it swing!
